**Terms & Conditions – Day Tours Booked Online**

**1. General Information**

These Terms & Conditions apply to all day tours sold by Vestfirskar Ævintýraferðir (West Travel). By booking a tour, the customer agrees to these terms.

**2. Booking & Payment**

* All bookings must be made through our website, email, or authorized partners.
* Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
* A booking confirmation will be sent via email once payment is received.

**3. Cancellation Policy**

* **More than 24 hours before departure:** Full refund.
* **Less than 24 hours before departure:** As mutually agreed for each booking.
* **Ship Cancellation (e.g., Due to Weather):** Full refund.
* **No-show:** No refund.
* Cancellation requests must be sent via email or through the booking platform.

**4. Changes by Customer**

* Changes to bookings are subject to availability.
* Changes requested less than 24 hours before departure may not be possible.
* Additional charges may apply if the new service is more expensive.

**5. Changes & Cancellations by Company**

* West Travel reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons.
* In case of cancellation, customers will be offered:
  * A full refund, or an alternative tour/date

**6. Weather & Safety**

* Tours operate in most weather conditions; however, safety is always the priority.
* Customers are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing and footwear.

**7. Pickup & Timing**

* Customers must be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
* Delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions.
* No refunds will be given for missed tours due to late arrival.

**8. Responsibility & Liability**

* Customers participate in tours at their own risk.
* West Travel is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
* West Travel is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, road closures).

**9. Health & Fitness**

* Some tours may require a moderate level of fitness.
* Customers must inform us of any medical conditions that may affect participation.

**10. Children Policy**

* Children must be accompanied by an adult.
* Age restrictions may apply depending on the tour.

**11. Insurance**
